Welcome to Our Nourishing Nuggets Homeschool Health and Fitness Curriculum
What are your family’s favorite foods? Do they include pizza, chocolate, and fried chicken? When your students (or family!) proceed through the sixteen weeks of Nourishing Nuggets, they will learn what human bodies need to receive through their food and drink—and they will learn how to make decisions to ensure that those nutrients are a part of their diet. Through reading, activities, modeled interactions, and more, your students will learn how to feed their bodies for top performance!
